Friendly and helpful staff readily assisted with transportation and information. Many nearby dining options made breakfast unnecessary. Couldn't find a single fault.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It is just a few steps away from a famous landmark and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Plus, you can easily walk to all the main attractions in the city. Another great feature is the helpful staff. They were always ready to assist and even offered a transfer service.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. when we arrived, we were given a room that was not up to the standard we had booked.

The rooftop breakfast area, although small, provided a charming atmosphere to start the day. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a stone's throw away from a famous attraction. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The sporadic Wifi was a bit frustrating, as it made it difficult to stay connected. The accommodations left something to be desired, with a triple room only having a cot and a raised floor that posed a safety hazard.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Trevi - Gruppo Trevi Hotels. The staff were pretty good too make my experience special. One instance stands out in particular. I asked for a restaurant recommendation and they not only suggested a great place, but personally escorted me there and made a reservation. The room wasnice and neat, with a cozy bed and hot water in the shower. The hotel's location next to the Trevi Fountain was unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location.
